Kenya Missionaries

Olivet is supporting a rural pastor and his family. He plants and establishes churches and mentors pastors and future church leaders. Our long-term relationship has sent pastors to Bible college, provided food, clean water and medicine. We also help to care for widows and orphans and send many village children to school.

Mexico

Ted and Priscilla Clark and their family are serving with Christian Missions in Many Lands. Their main focus in the central area of Mexico has been evangelism and discipleship and the formation of new churches. They have developed a 12 acre camp/Bible conference center and established a church among the people of the nearby rural villages. The camp is used for youth camps and Bible conferences, again focusing on the main purposes of evangelism and discipleship.

Michael and Sofia Clark are full-time missionaries in Central Mexico. They are working on church planting, evangelism, and starting home Bible studies. Michael and Sofia have 5 children and are serving through the Christian Missions in Many Lands organization.

Arizona

Ken and Dee Holcomb have stepped down from full time ministry.  Now in semi-retirement they continue to serve in their church in Arizona. Ken serves as Baseball Chaplain to the Latino baseball players in Arizona for spring training.  They also minister in Mexico helping build church buildings, meeting with pastors, preaching and encouraging.  They have been ministering with Samaritan’s Purse in Texas after Hurricane Harvey tearing down houses and rebuilding, plus ministering in Chico, California, helping in the aftermath of the Paradise fire.

Youth for Christ

The Burchfields have a heart for youth and want all young people to feel seen, be safe, and meet Jesus. They work with middle and high school students in the Fern Ridge area: visiting them on campuses, attending extra-curricular activities, holding weekly clubs in the Olivet youth room, putting on other trips and events, doing big summer camps and trips, and being a part of students’ daily lives. Mandy has been blessed to be a local missionary in this ministry to our community since 2012. Ben and Jesse have caught the vision, and they are all thankful to be able to serve students as a family.
